Build mode is not working
Hello,
I really hope someone can help me with the following:
Eversince yesterday my build mode doesn't work anymore. Whenever I try to put something down it disappears, I can't delete anything, basically can't do anything in build mode.
I read a lot of forum topics on this, so what I have tried is: removing my mods, repairing the game in origin. Removing origin from my laptop and redownloading it. I downloaded the latest software on my laptop, I even completely reset my sims and lost all my progress along the way.... And still nothing has changed. At this point I'm kind of hopeless and I really hope someone can help me.

@astromaudx Please try this:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Make sure you're doing this with the folder the game sees.
- Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs.
If that works:
- Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
- Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.
If that works:
- Copy your old Tray files (this is your Library), Screenshots and Videos files.
- To test mods, copy the files into the new folder *in batches* with any mods they depend on (injectors and core mods, for example). Don't copy your old resource.cfg file. If you delete any mods from the new folder, delete localthumbcache. Note that if you use things like TOOL Mod or Better BuildBuy, you may need to recheck your installation and startup instructions.
