Sometimes when I am trying to place an item it just disappears. Or sometimes when placing a counter, trying to place another counter next to it makes it disappear. Very frustrating hard to build sinc...

I have removed all my cc and my build mode won't show any of my items and the filters are stuck crammed together. I don't know what to do.
