Building mode - I can't build walls on platforms

Hello ! Sorry for my poor english.

I've been bulding a house but it seems i can't build walls on platforms. The walls are building themself on the ground, it doesnt matter that there is a platform or no. 

So I find myself with walls in plateforms.

Do you have this problem ? If so, how can I resolve it ?
