Business and hobbies not working with CC

So, I REALLY need help. For some reason, business and hobbies is not working with my cc and mods installed :( I even downloaded everything on a different laptop, and I can only get access to the world and gameplay if I have all cc and mods turned off, for some reason I can use all the build/buy stuff and cas with my mods/cc turned on. 

does anybody how I can fix this? I don’t want to lose all my cc simply to use a new pack. i’ve never had this issue before with any other packs, it always worked, and now I can’t seem to fix it! :((
