I had the same issue of the world not showing, I had to go back to the EA app/MENU, then to Add-Ons, then select business and hobbies pack (make sure it says you own it) and hit download to import it into the game. Still not sure why it didn’t auto update like other worlds but this way worked for me. Hope it helps!
