Heya, I've had the exact same situation and have just figured out what the issue was - for me at least it was the TOOL mod by TwistedMexi. I don't remember when I last updated it, but know I haven't since the last base game patch and the B&H pack. I can see there's been a new update in the last 3 days, so going to download it again and test.
But just by deleting the version I did have, I was able to finally see the world!
