Businesses and Hobbies wont load when I click 'Add New Activity' HELP

So, I got the new pack I would start a new business but when I click the option to add a new activity to the business it freezes, and a blue screen appears

    Thank you! Removing Searchable Pose Player fixed this for me.

Same thing is happening to me. Can't add any new activities to my small business.
