Camera angles won't save

I'm trying to set my camera angles using ctrl 5-9, but nothing will save/happen when I try to set and use them. Can anyone help with this glitch?

@jsc8811 What security software are you using ? Have you tried moving the VideoState folder to the desktop and let the game create a new one when you try again ?
