Can’t get rid of mod

I used to have The More Selectable Icons mod by Zerbu. I’ve deleted the mod months ago , I deleted my game , re- installed it and even though the mod isn’t in my game anymore I still have the icons in my calendar. I don’t know how to get rid of them.
