Can’t use vet surgical station

Vets cannot use surgical station. Sims say they cannot walk there when nothing is obstructing their path. I can’t send vet sims from exam table. I can’t click on the surgical station and send them there either. I play on XBox One. Version: 1.56.20.2300. I have Cats&Dogs and Seasons packs.
