Can only use ALT-rotation with sims 3 camera on

@Girlhawk Try moving options.ini out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. This will reset all your in-game options, including graphics; if it doesn't help and you don't want to redo the settings, you can simply delete the new options.ini and put the old file back.
