Can someone fix a CAS cc item for me or tell me how to do it myself?

I've been searching the internet for hours for a CAS item similar to the one linked and I can't find anything. When I use the linked item it glitches in game around the feet. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this. Both the recolor and original mesh glitch while in game.
