A partial report isn't going to give enough info. The part posted here does not point to your issue being caused by a mod. You can get an MCCC report read by the Deaderpool server, and a Better Exceptions report read by the TwistedMexi server. Make sure you're on the most recent version of Better Exceptions, though.
