LE Report Question/Concern

Hi! What does this LE from MCCC mean? Where can I find the root of the issue? Also, this LE ONLY shows about about an hour or 2 into game play and usually my sim is just doing regular tasks like going to flip the laundry or workout out. Here is the report from better exceptions:
