Cannot gain fame or go to actress career

Question

I can’t gain fame and I don’t see the little (fame) icon next to actions that are supposed to have it. It also appears like the actress career isn’t a profession anymore. Same with the interior design profession. The only professions I have now are the Get to Work ones. I tried removing my mods folder and repairing my game and the problem is still there.&nbsp;

@a660ead7b5131dfd7b9c7e3fc403b054 The icons are wrong but the actor careers should still work. Designer has another bug.

Did you check if they opted out of fame ?

My sims have not opted out of fame, and the little fame icon pops back up on other lots. My sim was able to gain fame when she traveled to Cooperdale pier, but not on her home lot.&nbsp;

I am also having the same problem and I don't know why. I'm not opted out of fame in the settings or in the fame points page.
