Cannot launch the game

I have deleted all mods, the game without them runs normal. With them it isnt. So i deleted all the gameplay changing mods, packages that overlayed the starting menu and cas menu and it runs the game with the deleted starting load screen. It has been deleted almost instantly when the issue was noticed, but the game runs this mod as if it is always in my mod folder. Also to notice, the last saved family I played have crashed my game without ability to exit the game so I have exited through the task manager. I still need this manager to end the game. Playing through steam.
