Cannot pick traits for Dogs from Dogs and Cats pack

Can't create Dogs as there are no traits available for selection

Just a line saying select traits

Where as cats work fine can select traits

Have tried shutting down and restarting creating new games.

Not sure why cats work and dogs don't

Any advice welcomed
