Cannot start a game or change a sim.

Question

Hi simmers, so I was playing and having fun until I downloaded (colums) and now I can start a new game or change a sim, the new game is jusy white and the change sim keeps running. I have deleted sims4 and downloaded a new copy with the same results. I have added 3 game add ons but thats not the problem thank you all.

It's the mod, not the game, that is causing your issue, so delete it and the localthumbcache.package file then reinstall it. The game will automatically generate a new localthumbcache.package file. Make sure you only have one option of the more column mod installed; you can download three, four, five, or six columns. Also, make sure you have the most recent&nbsp;version 1.33.&nbsp;
