Can't age up sim after using MCCommand Center

Hi, I'm having an issue where my sim won't age up after I changed the settings for lifespan in MCCommand center. She can't blow out candles or age up naturally. If I try to plan a birthday party, she is not eligible to be the birthday sim. I've disabled mods, deleted the cache, and repaired the game, but the sim still won't age up. She is the only one with this issue. Everyone else in the family can age up fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? She's the fourth generation of my legacy and I'd hate to have to delete her. I know I can cheat her age, but I want to have her age naturally with the rest of the family.
