Can't buy community lot

So before I updated the game I could still buy community lots from either my sims phone or computer, however since i updated my game the option has disappeared both from the computer and phone. I can...

@Kitkat0044 No, that would also be mods and you also can't buy generic lots. Just the three mentioned above.

Everything else would be a mod.

@crinrict I thought you could buy community lots? Like parks and what not? No I do not have GTW or DO... Have I made it up that you could buy community lots and own??

@Kitkat0044 As I dig further into this I have noticed that I etiher need a mod or buy an generic lot ... It seem that i made up that there used to be an opption to buy a community lot like a saloon... :')
