rilikaaa I've split your posts into their own thread since your issue is different than the original one in the other thread. Please disable any apps that come with overlays: Steam, Discord, etc. Disable the EA App in-game overlay too; the option is under Settings > Application.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean boot:
The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run. Disable the rest as described.
When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled. If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for me, however I did find the issue. The UI Cheats Extension was the mod who broke my game and it looks like the modder is already aware of it as well but now that I have removed it from my game, it runs normal again!
rilikaaa Is your only issue that you can't click anywhere in-game? Or do you see other symptoms too? And does it help to play in windowed mode rather than fullscreen? You can switch in the graphics options.

Yes, that's my only issue thankfully. I've already tried playing in windowed mode but that doesn't help either.
