Can't cook on the stove.

So, for some reason I can't cook on top of the stove. I can use the oven, the rice cooker and the fridge. But for the life of me, I can't figure out why I can't use the stove. I do have cc, but all of its updated.

Can someone help me?

Is this an oven with a loose stove top? If so that will not work. The stove top must be placed on a separate counter.
