Can't create a holiday...

Question

So I started a new save yesterday and wanted to create a holiday, for almost 24 hours I've had a problem with creating a holiday, but I'm able to make any social event (screenshots provided).

When planning a holiday I get a pop-up BEHIND the calendar and can't interact with it, but when clicking "Create an event" I can do that. I've tried repairing the game in the EA app, restarting my MacBook (which is what I play on), and leaving the game be, I'm just at a loss for what to do now.

Hi! Yes! One of my mods (Fashion Authority) was old and all I had to do was delete the old file and install a new one!

@latoyaelsy12  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, please test without them by moving your mods folder to the desktop and then delete the localthumbcache file. Test on a copy of your save game.

I did try this earlier this morning but forgot to mention it after I posted. I'm going to try again though and on a different game incase it may just be this file!
