Can't edit features of Male Sims with Feminine build.

I'm trying to make a trans male sim in my new game, meant to represent myself. Whenever I set the body build to Feminine, and go to edit the facial features, there are things that I can't edit like the upper lip or nose arch.

This is really bothering me because I have to edit details with the Masculine frame, switch to Feminine, and then go back when it doesn't look right. It's so tedious and I have no idea how to fix it. I've removed and reinstalled slider mods, updated CAS in Sims4Studio, etc. Nothing helps.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's making me really frustrated.
