can't fast forward while sleeping as soon as baby aged up to infant

everything worked absolutely fine, even when the household just had the baby, but as soon as it aged up to be an infant the game is unable to ultra fast forward (and regular fast forward) while all sims are asleep. the fast forwarding does works in the day time so i don't know what could cause this problem. the only mod i have is mccc and i have all packs
