Can't find Reduce and Recycle trait/challenge
What am I missing? I'm trying to add it on a residential lot in Henford-on-Bagley but there is no option for it.
Should be a lot challenge.

Hey, do you mind sharing how you solved it? Mine's still missing (I own Eco Living and I want to apply the trait on a lot in HoB. Tried it in Suliani and it didn't show up there either)
Mine is missing too since the last patch. 😕
