Can't get back my mods

Hello so here's my situation. I've brought the sims on my Xbox one and brought mods but now I own a Pc and i was looking forwards to playing my mods with my computer but i can't seem to get them back. I have brought 8 of them and they're really expensive and i will NOT buy them all again it a freaking scam! If anyone knows how to get them back pls tell me.
