I just got the new HSY pack and I'm trying to get the EZ window to work for my teen. I don't know if I'm missing something but I've watched videos and read other forums to try and correct it, but the window still isn't functional. I've attached photos of my setup
There must be a ledge they can stand on.
I thought the ledge I put in was enough? Does it need to be bigger?
