Can't get into CAS from home screen
Whenever I try going into cas from the home screen the screen always goes white and doesn't load. It's been happening for about 4 months and I don't know how to fix it.
@Emmiott Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to find out whether this issue is related to mods or cc. Additionally, if you have any files in ConfigOverride, in the same Sims 4 folder, please remove them.
If that doesn't help, or you don't use any mods or custom content at all, please run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
