Hello, I've been having this issue for 2 days now. So I started building on a lot in San Sequoia (generic build for a ballet School), I saved and quit the game then later during the day went back to resume the build. The problem now is that I can't access the lot anymore, the loading screen is just stuck, the music still playing but nothing happens, the game becomes unresponsive and I have no choice but to force quit the game every time I try to enter this lot. I thought the save was corrupted but I can still play with the family on the save. I tried to make them travel to the lot and the same thing happened and I can't bulldoze it from the map. I took out all the mods and cc and load the lot without them but it made no difference. Has anyone ever had this issue ? I play on Mac. Thank you!

@flyugyeom That error means that you removed some CC that gameplay had associated a milestone with. Lumpinou's mod called Milestone Fixes does fix this problem. Make sure that you have the newest version and that it's not too many folders deep in the Mods folder. If you want a double-check on whether it's the right mod properly installed, you can follow the instructions in How to Use Mods and CC on making a text file of your mods and attach that file to a reply. Putting the right CC item back in the Mods folder will also fix it.

@flyugyeom Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post. Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

@flyugyeom Install this mod: https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-milestone-81237568Start the game with the mod installed and then load the lot. This should fix the issue.You can remove it afterwards.

@crinrict It didn't work, the game still went unresponsive :'(

@adelepardo2407 Lot loading can be broken for multiple reasons.

Test if the lot loads in a vanilla test (see that link for instructions).

If it does, your issue is probably one of these:

broken CC, which you can find some of listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC 1.112 . If that doesn't solve your issue, you can do a 50-50 test to narrow the cause down

CC that needs updating for DX11. You can do this with a Sims 4 Studio batch fix.

If it doesn't, your issue might be one of these:

If you removed cooking mods, put those back or try to delete plates/food in Build/Buy mode.

If you have Growing Together and use CC, add Lumpinou's Milestones Fixes mod.

If you have a freelance career or gigs mod that doesn't have an available update, remove those mods and then do a Save As within game, then exit and reload the save.

@adelepardo2407 In case you used CC in your build, I would try removing that CC and see if it loads the lot again.
If you saved the build to the gallery, you should then replace it from manage worlds, get in to the lot, place your build again, and start by deleting half the house (not the walls just the furniture), and see if loads then, try that until it loads.
But this options only work for you if you used cc
