@DeeHazee Please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please move the Mods folder to the dektop and delete localthumbcache.package. then test again. You don't need to save your progress.
