cant see ui after removing ui cheats (sims 4)

i cant post this on the actual sims 4 forum so here i am lol. the mod itself is working perfectly fine in game but whenever i take the mod out of my mods folder the whole bottom part of the ui is completely gone once i enter a save. i have another problem in cas which is why i need to take ui cheats out to see if thats the problem, but im not able to because i cant even play the game. i cant pause or speed up the game using hotkeys and i cant exit the game unless i go through my task manager. (btw i took out all of my other mods so it isnt those lol so either its the game or ui cheats) pls help i havent seen anyone else with this problem lol (ss is linked)
