@countryboy771881 No, you don't need to own any packs to access the Gallery. What game version are you running? Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen or in the lower-right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@countryboy771881 Do you have a child account? If you're not sure, check the birth date listed for this account on ea.com. (The site has a profile page with personal info.)
Otherwise, please let me know what happens when you try to access the Gallery. And please do check again after installing yesterday's patch: it was supposed to help with certain Gallery issues. You've already installed it, according to your game version number; I'm just saying it's worth trying to open the Gallery again now.
