Carefree and Laid Back softlock Fabulously Filthy aspiration

The Fabulously Filthy aspiration from Bust the Dust, in stage 1) Procrastinator, has a goal that goes as follows:

"Let At Least One Floor Level of your Home Become Dirty"

However, what the game actually seems to check for is the "Everything Feels a Bit Dirty (From being in a Dirty area)" Tense +1 moodlet.

And there's the problem: if your sim has the Carefree trait from the reward store, or Laid-Back from the Beach Life aspiration (Island Living), then you can't get Tense moodlets.

Therefore, the aspiration becomes softlocked, impossible to complete without cheating to either complete the aspiration goal, or remove the trait/s in question.
