cas default underwear wont show up on female

Hello, i have a problem in the cas, when i create a female sims and that i remove her clothes to put new one, she is supposed to be in underwear, but now they are all naked in a weird blur, when i create a male there is no problem so i have only this issue with female sims, i removed all my mod and this still isnt working, i removed the changing script thing and its not working, my female sims are still naked, please help me resolve this, here a pic to show you how is the issue :

    @animclvr 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
