CAS Editing
Hi, so whenever I'm editing a family is cas (I'm not currently in the family) it sends me to control that family when I'm done. I was wondering if you could fix it, or at least tell me if there's a way to avoid it.

@MLM2010Girl If you go to the manage households tab in the top left (figure 1) and then click on the specific household you want to edit, if you click the edit household option (figure 2), it should take you back to where you were without sending you to the family afterwards
@MLM2010Girl Hello! So, I can only think of a couple of reasons why you might be directed to play a family that you're currently not playing.
1 - When you're in the worlds view, meaning you can see all the worlds and can click on a world to see all the lots in it, you have an option to create a sim (lower right corner). When you do that and move the sim household to a lot, the game automatically forces you to play that family. To avoid that, click on a lot first and then create a sim for it, then you will be directed back to the world view and you will see the sim icon above that lot.
2 - When you're in the game and playing a household and have testingcheats on, there is a cheat to modify sims in CAS. If you use this cheat on a sim in a household marked as played (meaning you have created and/or played the household at some point), you will be directed to play that household after editing and clicking the check mark. If this is what you are experiencing, you can then click on a sim in the family you want to play to use the cheat to send them to CAS, click the check mark and you'll be directed to that household once again. To avoid that, it's probably best to go to manage worlds and follow @Idiosyncratic53 's suggestions. Hope this helps!
