game getting stuck on loading screen

katy5813Chaos​  Can you load a different household within the save?  (Use Load Game rather than Resume.)  What about a new save?  Please test both and let me know.

If the new save at least is fine, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your main household, and if and when that doesn't work, look for a new LE.  If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.

Please continue to test with your Mods folder removed.

I done what you said and it worked

1st. my brother made me uninstall the game and reinstall it again, but after doing that, It wouldnt even launch the game so i had to task close it! 

so after reading your message, I realized that i accidently left some documents behind in my sims 4 folder from my mods aka;

Andirz_SmartCoreScript

WickedWhimsInfoLog

After removing these, and deleting all last exception reports and BEreports , The game finally launched, 

i picked the 2nd lasted save, it brought me to the overlook of the houses in forgotten hallow and from there i clicked worlds and went into a household in newcrest and the house loaded and is working

im not sure what to do now as i wanna put all my mods back in  but if i sace the game now with no mods and then when i do put all my mods back in wont i hae to start from scratch again?

ok so i just tried loading the household from world map  aka the household that was on my main screen when i normally launch the game and it got stuck again,  its very clear that it is that house hold,  but all this is happening with the 2nd save that i mentioned above.

i dont know what to do now  dose this mean that househouse will never load?

im half tempted to just delete all saves and start from complete scratch

katy5813Chaos​  You don't need to delete your saves, at least not yet.  I'd still like to see a lastexception file with no mods or custom content present at all.  Sometimes this file points to a specific issue with the lot or sims that can be fixed.

hey puzzle

i got frustrated and deleted my all my saves, then i found a back up saves folder from a few months ago, so far everything is working fine with this old saves folder, and this old folder was made before i created the house within the above problem, save folder. hope that makes sense, so far im just putting my mods back in bit by bit as some are makeing an error come up and wont let the game launch.
