@mapachus_listous Did you rename or move the whole Mods folder and delete the file called localthumbcache?

@mapachus_listous Try this, please, in this order:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it (to avoid getting confused in search results later)
- Run a Game Repair
- Launch Sims 4.
- Did a list of your mods/CC show up? Is there a save available if you select Load? If you get either of those results, see here to find the user folder your game is actually using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
- If the answer to that was "no," start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
If that works, start putting old content back: - Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
- Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.
If that works:
- Copy your old Tray files (this is your Library), Screenshots and Videos files.
- To test mods, copy the files into the new folder *in batches* with any mods they depend on (injectors and core mods, for example). Don't copy your old resource.cfg file. If you delete any mods from the new folder, delete localthumbcache.
