CAS not saving

When I want to change clothes or my toddler’s appearance, it will not save. I have tried ‘save as’ another game and deleted the old one but it hasn’t work. I have also tried repairing the game. If I uninstall in the game, it says I will lose my add one, so I am guessing I would lose my expansion and stuff packs…don’t know what to do
