@conniespk Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache and then try again on a backup of your save,
If this doesn't help, try repairing your game.
For EA app
- Close the game
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
- Choose Repair game
For Steam:
- Close the game
- Right Click on the game in your library
- Choose Properties
- Choose tab Installed Files
- Press Verify Integrity of Game Files
