Looks like you removed an custom object from your game that gave milestones. This is causing issues with the game.

georgiahirst This is once again the milestones issue, and it's showing up because you've either disabled mods or removed the milestone fix. The LE says this is an unmodded game.

I really need you to test your save with mods enabled and ONLY the milestone fix mod present, zero other mods or custom content. If you don't do that, I can't help you.
