After the last update, my active household wouldn't load. I would hear the loading sound, but the loading screen was endless. I removed all my mods and ran into the same issue. I tried repairing the game and loading it into another family first, but I ran into the same issue. I've also tried making a new game and, loading the family off the gallery, and recovering saves. I figured out the issue is on a specific sim, as the game loads fine when I remove her. I even tried loading a new game using a kid version of the same sim, but every version is broken. When removed from the household and added back into the live mode, she turned invisible. I could still control her, but I couldn't see or click on her. This happened in all outfits. Eventually, the endless loading stopped, and I started getting an error code, which I've attached. She is my matriarch, so I would really love to save her! 

I have every pack and am playing on a Mac.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
