i tried and it didnt work so i followed those steps and recovered, same thing again
@eken09 Would you be willing to share your save with me, or with other helpers here? If you are, please upload it somewhere (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and either post the link here or send it to me via private message. Let me know if you only want me to try it or if it's okay to share it (privately, of course) with others here who might have some ideas.

@eken09 Which saves are giving you trouble? Some of them look too small to be proper saves, as if they became corrupt and lost some data. Others are about as large as a starter save, and a couple are much larger. Please list the save(s) you're trying to recover, by file name, so I can test those specifically. You can see each save's name by hovering over the folder icon when viewing that save, under Load Game. There's a screenshot here if it helps:

@eken09 The save file is certainly large enough to be intact. I couldn't load your main household, but I did load the Saito household in Willow Creek. However, trying to travel to Mt. Komarebi showed two copies of the world, one with all its lots missing. And I don't mean the builds were missing; there were no lots to click on at all. The sim could travel to the other copy of the world though. This was the only affected world, with the possible exception of the one that comes with Vampires, which I don't own.
What I would suggest is this:
- Load a different household, as I've done
- Go to Manage Worlds and make sure to load the second copy of Mt. Komarebi, the one where the lots show up
- Evict your main household and place them in a different world
- Do this for any other households you care about that you don't want reset to their default versions
- Use this workaround to fix the double world issue
Your save will lose all Snowy Escape-related content, but you can reapply it as necessary once you've reactivated the pack. I would try to repair the save for you, but this household alone uses hundreds of items (pack-related or cc, or both) I don't own, so you're better off applying the fix yourself rather than having to add back all those items.

@eken09 I've poked at your save some more and see a similar issue, although I get error codes when trying to load the household. I think there might be a way to fix it but have asked someone who knows more than I do about these issues for advice. One of us will get back to you.

@eken09 I talked to Crinrict about this issue and the lastexceptions I was seeing when trying to load your household, and she said it sounded like this issue:
So please install the mod mentioned in the accepted solution and see whether it helps. You'll still need to fix the duplicate Mt. Komarebi issue separately, as described earlier.

@eken09 I'm so glad to hear that, and I hope the problems are gone for good. I've merged your posts with the master thread for the broken milestones since that was the underlying issue.
