CC appears on townies but not in cas
so i downloaded this cc from TSR and i see townies walking around with it but i dont see it in cas. when i try to track down the cc by opening the townies household in cas, i still dont see it... what...

Once you have re-downloaded the files you will still need either remove the filter in CAS to see the dresses or do what I suggested with Sims 4 Studio to each .package file. Re-downloading doesn't change the initial issue with the CC. My suggestion may not have worked because they were merged.
