CC appears on townies but not in cas
so i downloaded this cc from TSR and i see townies walking around with it but i dont see it in cas. when i try to track down the cc by opening the townies household in cas, i still dont see it... what...

I am sorry that you are having this issue :(
Try deleting the cache files. Then remove all the cc/mods files from your mods folder and only have the sweaters cc file in it. Then load the game, and see if the cc shows. It may be conflicting with other cc that you have.
