CC Hair Not Available for Male Sims

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Parenthood, Get Famous, Cats and Dogs, Get To Work, Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a male sim, and remove all tags. Only non-CC shows.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot put CC on male sims that I can put on female sims, even when my filters should show it (such as no other filter tags than custom content, or even no filtered content at all. its works for sims with a female sex though)
What do you expect to see? CC hair that I want to apply to my male sims

Came across this when I was trying to use CC to make a sim. The sims was first set to female, but decided I wanted to make my sim male. However, I could not find the same CC available for my male sim. No matter what filters I tried.
