cc is there but isn't

Question

i couldn't find anyone with a similar problem but maybe i missed it. basically all my cc seems to both be there and not be there at the same time, somehow. for example, when i open the game, the main family in the opening screen shows glitched (you know, some clothes missing in one sim, white/red error overlay in the other) but once i load up the game, they're fine in the game and in cas, they're not glitched at all. a similar weird thing happens with build mode cc, all the cc i normally use is still there in the building and usable, but when i open build mode, none of my cc is there?

all the things that should be enabled are, i tried moving the mod folder out and back in after a new one spawned, the usual mod/cc troubleshooting, but it's still happening. i have no idea what it could even be. it's like ghost custom content lmao

adding screenshots just in case!&nbsp;i can copy already existing cc, all the cc is there when you check in the game options, but it's just nowhere to be found in build mode. cas cc shows just fine but it's still glitched in the intro screen. i have no idea.&nbsp;

Try:&nbsp;Exit game.&nbsp;Delete the Game Version Text inside TS4 folder.&nbsp;Delete the localthumbcache package inside TS4 folder.&nbsp;Restart game.&nbsp;

nope :/only thing that changed is that now the intro screen&nbsp;baby isn't glitching anymore and the ghost got her top back lmao, but there's still&nbsp;cc missing in there that exist just fine in cas,&nbsp;objects in build mode are still missing despite still existing in the building itself, same as the previous explanation

i did, nothing's changed :( so far my main issue is the build mode cc disappearing, i can deal with the main screen family looking weird because they look fine when i play them, but i'd like to be able to use my build mode cc :|
