CC isn't showing up/no new mods folder

I got a new computer last week and after setting it up as a new one instead of using the data from my old one my mods are not showing up in game.  I have tried the following and they have not worked....

i've already checked that, i read through it and i don't have a second user folder and i made sure that it was the correct file

Then you only need to start the game for the mods folder to be recreated.

      @ivyshaye  Please post a screenshot of the folder that currently contains your mods and/or custom content.  Include the address bar, above the list of files and folders, in your screenshot.
