CC not showing in build mode

I just installed the game on an external hard drive because I don’t have enough space on my MacBook Air macOS 15. The game works better than before, but the CC doesn’t show up in build mode. I shows up in the start menu, but when I load the game and go to build mode it doesn’t. If I search for a cc in the search menu it has the cc in the list but when I click on it to open it the menu the menu is empty. 
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I have moved the mods folder to desktop, and deleted it in the game, I have deleted localthumecache.package and started the game to generate a new mods and localthumecache.package and reinstalled all the cc . But that didn’t work. Better build buy and tools work just fine in the game
