CC Not Showing Up

I have mods downloaded and in a folder(there were other troubles earlier so I did some folder jazz but it should be fine). I loaded up the game, but no mods or CC showed up in CAS. I went into settings and everything that should be checked on is on. When I try seeing what CC is in the game, the list is blank for some reason. The other day., I also deleted the one .package thing(I can't remember the name, something with the word thumb in it). I'm not sure why it's not working.

    @idkbutyup  Please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop and launch the game to spawn a new folder.  Download one mod or cc item that's confirmed compatible with the latest patch (August 2, version 1.90.375.1020, not the July patch), add it to the Mods folder, and see whether it shows up in-game.  If it does, you can try adding back a few of your existing cc items.
